Adriane has profoundly changed the way that I think about and benefit from nutrition. Adriane was patient and listened to all of my nutritional needs, including ailments that I had and did not know how to resolve. She was able to provide many nutritional suggestions to help my ailments and her incredible cooking and meal planning greatly improved how I feel on a daily basis. In addition to meal planning, being an incredible cook, and providing overall nutritional advice, she has helped me understand and cope with (what used to be) chronic IBS issues. She is not just a knowledgeable and brilliant chef but also an incredible teacher who loves sharing her knowledge with her clients. She also made me aware that zucchini lasagna with homemade cashew ricotta can be made to taste like the most authentic lasagna you have ever had...and I will not even get started with her Italian wedding soup. Her services also saved me a tremendous amount of time each week and opened up space to not think about food every day. If anyone is hoping to obtain a healthier food regimen, or change up their daily food intake to nix any ailments that they have been struggling with, Adriane is the person for them and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

When I first went to Adriane I was overwhelmed with trying to figure out the best diet for cancer while incorporating a natural treatment that required I limit several key vitamins. Adriane listened to my concerns and immediately put me at ease with her gentle nature, compassion and knowledge of nutrition. I began to relax, knowing she was going to take care of my needs and provide me with a plan of action that met all of my requirements. And that is exactly what she did and more. She gave me the confidence to move forward with a healthy diet that is nurturing my body. She answered all of my questions, worked up sample menus and gave me useful nutritional information and resources that have empowered me to take control of my diet. Her guidance and expertise have been invaluable.

We recently became parents and, while life was busy prior to the arrival of our daughter, we have an ever-increasing number of commitments. This, combined with our desire to spend more time together as a family, led us to Cooking Nutrition. Taking meal planning and cooking off of our plates, even for just a few days each week, has been wonderful…not to mention the delightful foods we wouldn’t normally try that we are enjoying. Knowing that our meals are healthy and meet our dietary restrictions (we are vegan) without having to search through recipes, shop, prep, cook and clean ourselves is a relief.
Another perk we didn’t think of prior to inviting the Cooking Nutrition crew into our home: when we don’t do the grocery shopping, and shopping is done based purely on the meals planned, groceries are less expensive and food doesn’t go to waste. I would highly recommend having Adriane come into your home – the food is amazing, they are fast, friendly and thoughtful, and the time saved is worth it!

When we used Cooking Nutrition's personal chef service, we needed a lot of help due to time issues, but also because my husband and I both had very specific dietary needs due to food allergies and sensitivities. Despite our complicated needs, Adriane found fabulous ways to make our food taste delicious!
I loved having more time to volunteer at school as well as my demanding schedule of exhibitions. And I loved how much I learned from watching -in passing really and of course by eating- how Adriane organized the food, prepared it and inspired us for our own cooking.
