Individual Nutritional Counseling
Nutrition is an essential feature of good health and no one way of eating works for everyone. Nutritional therapy and coaching is the perfect way to help you discover what foods are most nourishing to your body, how eating healthfully can be enjoyable, the science behind nutrition in the prevention of disease, and how to recognize and trust your inner hunger voice to discern actual hunger cues.
Each session is completely individualized for your specific needs and will focus on your personal goals for overall health and wellness. Nutritional counseling is ideal for those who desire to make and maintain positive dietary and lifestyle changes.
Nutritional Specialties include:
Initial Consult (60 to 90 minutes)
Through this in-depth initial consult, Adriane will assess your current diet and help identify your personal eating challenges and how to address them. Together, you will create a plan that focuses on what best works for you in order to support you making the gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
Follow-up Consults (50 minutes)
These follow-up consults can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly in order to provide ongoing support and guidance as you discover the confidence to create the changes you want, set achievable health goals, and understand your body on a deeper level through learning about the basics of nutrition and how food can affect your body.
Custom Menu Plan Creation (7-day plan)
PLEASE NOTE: Adriane is currently only available for phone appointments or house visits (within Seattle). Please contact us to see which is the best option for you.
